AlphaBee is seeking passionate, talented individuals to join our team as full-time Instructor Therapists (ITs) in Toronto, Ontario. Make a difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group ABA services under Senior Therapist supervision
• Prepare materials and implement personalized programs
• Monitor client progress and program effectiveness
• Maintain detailed progress notes and data
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of ASD and ABA (verbal behaviour expertise is a plus)
• Creative and engaging play skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Passion for professional growth
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (strongly recommended)
• Preferred: Behavioral Science Technology, Autism Behavioral Science Certificate, or RBT certification
• Considered: Degree in ECE, Child & Youth Work, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field with ABA experience
• Required: Vulnerable Sector Police Check, First Aid, and CPR
• CPI training provided internally
