Job summary

Alterna Savings Kanata, ON is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our busy dental practice. You’ll present treatment plans clearly, build trust with patients, and guide them through fees and insurance options.

Ideal candidates have dental coordination experience, strong communication, and enjoy a collaborative team. A four-day work week and competitive hourly starting at 32 CAD are offered in a modern, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dental treatment plans.

• Familiar with Curve Software or Abeldent is an asset.

Four-Day Work Week – Monday–Thursday | $32+/Hour

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be one of the key people helping our patients feel informed, comfortable and confident about moving forward with their care.

• Present treatment plans in a way that is clear, comfortable and easy for patients to understand


• Build relationships and help patients feel confident about their treatment decisions


• Discuss treatment fees and help patients understand their financial options


• Navigate insurance coverage and follow up with insurance companies


• Follow up with patients regarding recommended and outstanding treatment


• Coordinate more comprehensive cases, including implants, Invisalign, sedation and general anaesthetic


• Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to keep everything running smoothly


• Help create the kind of patient experience that keeps people coming back — and referring their friends and family!

A Dental Assistant background would be a definite asset, and experience with Curve Software and/or Abeldent is also an advantage.
