Job Overview

The Instructional Design Consultant will be responsible for researching, designing, creating, curating, and implementing full-cycle learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design learning interventions that meet project objectives with minimal oversight
• Develop meaningful learning experiences using existing or new content
• Enhance learning outcomes through visual design
• Support the design of learning metrics
• Analyze and report on learning metrics with some guidance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design & Learning Experience Development (eLearning, instructor-led, blended)
• Experience managing learning programs from start to evaluation, including facilitating virtual, in-person, or hybrid training sessions
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 & Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of Adult Learning fundamentals
• Experience with Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and other ideation methods
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with SMEs, business leaders, and technical teams
• Banking & Financial Industry knowledge is a plus
