Summary

Xpan’s Instructional Designers develop quality content for digital learning applications, focusing on adult learning principles and adhering to style guides to ensure consistency. They update, maintain, and create educational tools, templates, and demonstrations, collaborating with multimedia specialists and assisting in graphical and eLearning materials development.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, repurpose, and proofread curriculum content for various reading levels, styles, and audiences.
• Develop eLearning templates, storyboards, and wireframes, planning engaging learning activities and interactivities.
• Support the development of blended eLearning solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Work with multimedia developers and 3D artists to integrate diverse expertise.
• Identify project risks and contribute to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Certificate or Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in learning, communications, or multimedia fields.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of eLearning development methodologies and experience with LMS/LCMS systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
