Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking an Installation Coordinator to act as the hub for equipment installation projects. You will orchestrate schedules, bridge clients, technicians, representatives and external partners, and ensure each installation runs smoothly and on time.

Reporting to the Service and Project Manager, you will plan installations, assign technicians, organize pre-install site visits, follow up on deadlines, and coordinate transport and administrative support for field staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in coordination, dispatch or logistics.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office tools.
• Dynamic, adaptable to change.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent command of French (oral and written).
• Very good knowledge of English (oral and written); ~50% interactions with English-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan installations and assign technicians to each project.
• Organize pre-installation site visits.
• Track upcoming deadlines and follow up with all parties.
• Receive and screen requests and report issues to management.
• Maintain installation schedules reflecting upcoming activities.
• Coordinate transportation for deliveries and removals and other logistical needs.
• Support field technicians with administrative requests.
• Occasionally accompany the director or technicians on project visits.
• Ensure each installation request is taken care of and directed to the relevant stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
