Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Installation Coordinator (Stanley Access Technologies) to manage installation projects as a project lead. You will coordinate schedules, orders, and site readiness for automatic doors, while liaising with customers, vendors, and the sales team.

You will monitor progress, ensure quality documentation, and drive on-site safety and compliance. A strong coordination background in construction or industrial settings is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Coordinator experience in a construction or industrial environment.
• Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects as project lead for installation jobs.
• Create job files from order-entry information.
• Contact customers and coordinate installation schedules for automatic doors.
• Coordinate with sales and customers on special installation requirements.
• Schedule installations to meet contractor dates and site readiness.
• Track changes and schedule on-site meetings and inspections.
• Perform pre-job on-site checks when necessary.
• Inform sales of needed change orders and coordinate with them.
• Order materials and issue purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Coordinate with warehouse for class II/III material and with factory for class I issues.
• Maintain schedules with the warehouse manager and ensure technician readiness.
• Schedule installation technicians according to jobsite readiness.
• Coordinate any special timing or safety needs with customers.
• Review schedules with construction managers and sales staff.
• Gather detailed progress information from technicians on unfinished jobs.
• Ensure proper paperwork by technicians (JCS, Door ID, etc.).
• Verify completion per policy and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
