Reporting directly to the Service and Project Manager, you play a key role in the success of each project. As the Installation Coordinator, you will plan installations, manage timelines, and ensure that every project runs smoothly and on time, while

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in coordination/dispatch/logistics.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, List).
• Dynamic and adaptable to change.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent command of French (oral & written).
• Very good knowledge of English (oral & written).
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan installations and assign technicians to each project.
• Organize pre-installation site visits.
• Follow up with all parties on deadlines and upcoming dates.
• Receive and screen requests and report issues to management.
• Maintain installation schedules to reflect upcoming activities.
• Ensure installation files are completed within deadlines.
• Coordinate transportation for deliveries and other logistics with stakeholders.
• Support field technicians with administrative requests.
• Occasionally accompany the director or technicians on project visits.
• Ensure each installation request is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
