We are hiring an Installation & Service Supervisor to manage the day-to-day execution of installation and service work, with a strong focus on process, scheduling, and follow-through. This role is about managing the journey and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple crews and job sites.

This is an in office position in NW Edmonton. There may be some driving to sites required as well.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Schedule and coordinate multiple installation and service jobs at once, ranging from short site visits to multi-week projects
• Manage6 direct reports, with plans to grow the service division
• Assign technicians to jobs and ensure coverage aligns with workload and priorities
• Own the service workflow including job intake, scheduling, execution, and billing
• Act as the main point of contact for service-related customer issues and escalations
• Ensure crews are prepared before heading to site with permits, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate with project coordination and production teams to ensure projects are ready before installation
• Track jobs and resources using scheduling and project tools
• Monitor KPIs, efficiencies, and job performance and hold crews accountable
• Oversee fleet usage and maintenance to minimize downtime
• Hire, train, coach, and manage performance of technicians
• Maintain clear communication up and down the chain so internal and external teams are aligned

• Experience leading multiple teams across multiple jobs at the same time
• Background in construction, field services, dispatch, installation, or similar environments
• Comfortable managing a wide range of experience levels, from junior staff to seasoned veterans
• Process-driven, organized, and strong with follow-up
• Objective, task-focused, and calm in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills with both field crews and office teams
• Comfortable working mostly in-office with occasional site visits
• Proficient with scheduling tools, Excel, and Word
• Valid driver’s license
