TECO-Westinghouse Motors (Canada) Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Support professional in Cambridge, Ontario. You will coordinate inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up to ensure accurate and timely service for Electric Motors and Controls products.

Responsibilities include processing orders in SAP, preparing quotations in Dynamics CRM, and maintaining clear communication with Account Managers and customers to support on-time delivery and excellent customer experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years related experience.
• Engineering background strongly preferred and helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience with SAP and Dynamics CRM is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up with customers.
• Serve as a key contact between customers and sales team.
• Process orders in SAP and prepare customer quotations in Dynamics CRM.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email with timely updates.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and processes.
• Support timely delivery and order fulfillment with internal teams.
• Identify improvements to customer service and sales support processes.
