Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years related experience in electric motors or industrial products.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up for Electric Motors and Controls products.
• Serve as key contact between customers and sales team to ensure timely communication and order processing.
• Process and maintain customer orders in SAP with accuracy and follow-up for on-time delivery.
• Prepare customer quotations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM within established timelines.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone and email; escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
