Dixon Electric, a proud member of the Sonepar Group, is hiring to support customers by quoting and ordering parts, coordinating with vendors and the warehouse for timely deliveries, and collaborating with Account Managers, Projects Group, and the Technical Team to ensure premier service.

Based in Ontario with a Sudbury/Sonbury area option, the role emphasizes strong product knowledge and customer service and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical products such as relays, timers, PLCs, light curtains, push buttons, breakers and panels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to quote and order parts correctly; quote follow up, and troubleshoot any product issues by phone, email and in person.
• Work with vendors, customers and the warehouse team to facilitate the prompt delivery of orders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, the Projects Group and the Technical Team to ensure premier customer service is provided to customers.
• Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.
