Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to grow and manage a portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, and guide new customers through the reseller process while using AI tools to enhance efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma with some inside sales experience or related industry background, strong communication, and solid MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education is an asset with 6 months of inside sales experience or 2 years of related industry experience.
• Strong desire to learn and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• PC literate—MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and integrating them into sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Service, grow, and develop a portfolio of accounts.
• Meet all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, selling time, quota).
• Achieve revenue, gross profit dollars, and gross profit percentage goals.
• Provide pricing and product availability to customers as needed.
• Position products and service programs to meet customers' business needs.
• Make outbound calls; prospect and qualify customers.
• Process orders correctly and accurately; manage backorders.
• Navigate customer portals for major retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart).
• Collaborate with internal teams to support e-tail activities and vendor alignment.
• Deliver excellent follow-up and customer service on all requests.
