Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Solutions Architect I to design and recommend technology solutions for customers in a pre-sales and technical consulting capacity. You will collaborate with sales, partners, resellers, and customers to deliver presentations, training, and enablement programs to drive growth.

The role emphasizes solution design, sizing, research, and customer engagement, with opportunities to grow into senior architecture or engineering positions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related role.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, software.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and systems.
• Proficiency with standard business applications and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer objectives, requirements, and current infrastructure to recommend technology solutions.
• Assist in creating solution proposals, architectures, and recommendations aligned with customer goals.
• Support RFI/RFP responses by gathering requirements and identifying solutions.
• Conduct technical research using vendor resources, docs, and configuration tools.
• Assist with solution sizing, validation, and planning activities.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training for partners and customers.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical initiatives to ensure adoption.
• Participate in executive briefings, conferences, and marketing events.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demo environments and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Contribute to partner enablement by creating technical learning content.
• Support vendor certification programs and roadmaps to enhance partner capabilities.
• Expand expertise across multiple technology solutions and trends.
