Job summary

White Cap Supply Canada Inc. is seeking a Sales Support professional to facilitate the sales process via phone, email, or other channels. You will assist customers, process orders, and provide product information to support sales goals.

The role includes outbound prospecting for new opportunities, applying pricing per the company matrix, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. HS Diploma or GED and 2–5 years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with inventory sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities or upsell via phone or email.
• Oversee responses to customer orders and quotations; support sales and margins.
• Input sales orders accurately into the system and provide pricing guidance.
