Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in Unity, SK is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth for new and used equipment across Turf and Lawn segments. You will engage walk-in customers, perform demos, and support Territory Managers while building knowledge of our product mix and financing options.

The role offers opportunities to advance toward Territory Manager, with a collaborative team and training to sharpen sales and product expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to use standard computer systems such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery to walk-in customers.
• Participate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring, completing tender submissions).
• Assist Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes.
• Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment, parts, and services available to customers.
• Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and promotions.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
