Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in Leader, SK is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional retail service for new and used agricultural and turf equipment. You will grow customer relationships, support sales activities, and work toward Territory Manager roles in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires 1+ years of retail sales experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

• Coordinate in-branch displays and equipment promotions
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and participate in training to develop skills

Responsibilities

• Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Utility Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers
• Participate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring, completing tender submissions etc)
• Assists Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes
• Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment & products, parts, and services available to customers
• Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment
• Conducts equipment demonstrations and promotions
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills
• 1+ years of retail sales experience
• Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming/operational practices preferred
• Ability to use standard computer systems such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
