Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. About the Role

As a remote Inside Sales Representative, you will:

1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and use B2B and B2C skills.
3. Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers.
4. Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services.
5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
6. Offer additional products/services with each sale.
7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. At least 1+ year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services).
2. A strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
3. Open availability.
4. A high school diploma or GED.
5. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home.
6. Proficiency in multitasking, strong computer skills, and PC knowledge.
7. A desktop or laptop for testing; a work computer may be provided.
8. High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
