Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As a remote Inside Sales Representative, you will:

1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and utilize B2B and B2C skills.
3. Use product knowledge to build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers.
4. Be detail-oriented when selling products and services.
5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
6. Offer additional products/services with every sale.
7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

1. At least 1+ year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and selling products/services.
2. Understanding of the sales process, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
3. Open availability and high school diploma or GED.
4. Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home.
5. Proficiency in multitasking, strong computer navigation skills, and PC knowledge.
6. High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
