Qualifications

Inside Sales Representative

Pay from $30 to $35 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll engage with clients, understand their needs and connect them to Uline's extensive range of over 42,000 quality products. With our continued growth, Uline offers exciting career opportunities and stability you can rely on!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Position Responsibilities

  • Support customers with special pricing requests in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.

  • Identify customer needs, address pricing inquiries and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Schedule appointments with established customers to understand their business needs.

  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years inside sales / call center experience.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Industrial products experience preferred.
