Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Sudbury, ON. You will directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive ongoing business.

Qualifications include a minimum of two years in inside sales or customer service, excellent communication, multitasking, and knowledge of the electrical industry. AS400 experience is a plus; team-oriented and customer-focused applicants are encouraged to apply.

• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four (4) outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding e-commerce.
