Job summary

Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. in Edmonton, AB is seeking an Inside Sales Representative focused on delivering outstanding customer service for daily phone and email interactions.

You will process orders, handle inquiries, quotations, and stock checks while promoting Rexel's electrical solutions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales or customer service, excellent communication, and strong multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• AS400 experience is an asset; electrical apprenticeship background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email daily.
• Process orders, inquiries and quotations each day.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and respond to requests promptly.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as needed.
• Perform follow-up calls on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with e-commerce inquiries and navigation.

As an Inside Sales Representativebased in Edmonton, AByour essential duties will be to:

• Directly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four (4) outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding e-commerce.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.
