Fountain Tire Medicine Hat is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at 1450 Strachan Rd SE. You will create work orders, quote services, and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings for technicians.
• Provide service quotes, obtain authorization, and finalize sales.
• Proactively call customers to gauge satisfaction with service.
• Recommend tire services and related mechanical work.
• Ensure accurate billing and update showroom promotions.
• Participate in safety initiatives and complete required e-learning.
• Assist in inventory management and annual counts.

Fountain Tire Medicine Hat (1450 Strachan Rd SE), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as anInside Sales Representative!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work
