Job summary

Kerr Smart Energy is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our London, ON location to support HVAC/R customers with product knowledge, quotes, and order processing. You will work with the outside sales team to prepare quotes and ensure timely follow-up, while maintaining accurate documentation and strong customer relations.

The role requires wholesale Inside Sales experience, solid computer skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

• Follow up with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Complete accurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customer transactions.
• Work closely with outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and track customer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
• Competent computer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer management software.
• Participate in training and development activities and support onboarding of new team members when required.

We are experiencing significant growth and expanding our offerings, making this an exciting time to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our London, ON location.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers and day-to-day account needs.
