Job summary

Kerr Controls Ltd. in Truro, NS is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to provide product support and drive branch revenue. You will assist HVAC/R customers, coordinate with the outside sales team, and manage quotes and orders to ensure smooth transactions.

The role requires wholesale Inside Sales experience, strong HVAC/R product knowledge, and meticulous attention to order entry. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers and day-to-day account needs.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
• Follow up with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Complete accurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customer transactions.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to prepare quotes, enter and track customer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
• Competent computer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer management software.
• Participate in training and development activities and support onboarding of new team members.

We are experiencing significant growth and expanding our offerings, making this an exciting time to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Truro, NS location.

Responsibilities
