KerrControls Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support HVAC/R customers from our Truro, NS location. You will provide product guidance, process orders, and collaborate with the outside sales team to prepare quotes and ensure timely follow-up.

We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Truro, NSlocation.

Responsibilities

• Provideknowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers andday-to-day account needs.
• Contributeto meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
• Followup with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Buildand maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Completeaccurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customertransactions.
• Workclosely with the outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and trackcustomer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
• Competentcomputer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer managementsoftware.
• Participatein training and development activities and support the onboarding of new teammembers when required.
