Kerr SmartEnergy is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to support HVAC/R customers and drive branch revenue from our London, Ontario location. You will provide product knowledge, process orders, and collaborate with outside sales to prepare quotes.

Qualifications

• Wholesale Inside Sales experience and HVAC/R knowledge.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail for order entry.
• Accurate and thorough completion of paperwork.

• Follow-up on customer tasks and needs.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude; willingness to training.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers and day-to-day account needs.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and branch revenue growth.
• Follow up with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Complete accurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customer transactions.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to prepare quotes and track orders.
• Competent computer skills with sales, inventory, and customer management software.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.

We are experiencingsignificant growth and expanding our offerings, making this an exciting time tojoin our team. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, andhighly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our London, ONlocation.

Responsibilities

• Provideknowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers andday-to-day account needs.
• Contributeto meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
• Followup with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Buildand maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Completeaccurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customertransactions.
• Workclosely with the outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and trackcustomer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
• Competentcomputer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer managementsoftware.
• Participatein training and development activities and support the onboarding of new teammembers when required.
