Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based at the Rexel Utility - Edmonton branch. You will manage order processing, provide pricing terms on margins, and prepare small quotes for contracting jobs, while sharing product knowledge with customers for fast, accurate service.

Responsibilities include servicing customers by phone and counter, processing inquiries and quotations, and ensuring stock availability with viable alternatives when needed.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Rexel Utility - Edmonton branch.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
• Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge
• A minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience is required
• Good organizational skills
• Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
