Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, providing exceptional service while supporting sales growth.
• Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, pricing, billing inquiries, and order corrections with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and product recommendations for building materials and related products to help customers achieve successful project outcomes.
• Manage order processing and sales support by coordinating with warehouse, yard, purchasing, production, and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, commercial customers, and vendors, including proactive follow-up on lead times, substitutions, and product updates.
