As a Counter/Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales & Customer Support function supporting customer-facing order entry, quotations, and solution promotion. • Prepare invoices for order entry through the internal computerized software (AS400).
• Expedite quotations by following up on customer requests and ensuring timely responses.
• Promote Rexel Atlantic as a solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
• Work closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to help grow product strategies and explore new customer opportunities.
• Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
• Consistently ensure the corporate image is reflected in every customer interaction.

What's Needed?
