Job summary

SRS Distribution, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Dartmouth, NS to provide product knowledge on building materials to new and existing customers.

The role involves greeting customers, handling inquiries and orders, providing quotes, and assisting in purchasing to meet project timelines. You will collaborate with Shipping and outside sales staff, learn about new materials, and ensure the facility stays clean and stocked while building strong customer relationships through reliable

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Inside Sales experience.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Customer service experience in fast paced setting required.
• Building material and home improvement product knowledge an asset.
• Effective communication skills, verbal, and written English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Previous sales experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
