Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales associate at our GMS Canada location in Regina. You will provide product knowledge on building materials to new and existing customers, greet visitors, handle calls and orders, and support purchasing activities to meet project timelines.

You will collaborate with Shipping and outside sales staff, learn about new materials, and maintain a clean, stocked facility while serving as a company ambassador.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Inside Sales experience.
• 2 years of administrative experience.
• Customer service experience in fast paced setting.
• Building material and home improvement product knowledge is an asset.
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Previous sales experience would be beneficial.

• Provide project quotes, enter delivery/special orders, and assist in purchasing.
• Meet project timelines to anticipate customer needs.
