Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. in Calgary is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our busy front desk. You will connect with General Contractors, home builders, and the public, delivering friendly, prompt, and expert support.

Starting total compensation is $55K-$60K CAD per year, with uncapped commissions after 3 months. Earn more as you grow your book of business, with benefits after 3 months and RRSP matching after one year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or trades background is a plus.
• Inside sales or building supply experience preferred but not required.
• Quick learner with strong product curiosity.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for General Contractors, Home Builders, Drywallers, Roofers, Insulation Contractors, and the general public.
• Greet customers and answer calls with professionalism and energy.
• Write and process orders, prepare quotes with accuracy.
• Handle payments, packing slips, and product pickup or delivery.
• Keep the showroom organized, up-to-date, and client-friendly.
• Execute CRM processes and maintain customer files.
• Contribute to sales meetings and branch updates.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and productive showroom environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Sales or Branch Manager.

Inside Sales - Building Materials

$55K - $60K Total Comp to start

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for General Contractors, Home Builders, Drywallers, Roofers, Insulation Contractors, and the general public.
