GetHired, Inc. in Calgary is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our busy front desk, connecting with general contractors, builders, and the public, and delivering friendly, prompt expert support.

Starting compensation is $55K-$60K annually with uncapped commissions after 3 months. Benefits available after probation, with opportunities to grow revenue and advance within the branch.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays once a month.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (college or trades background is a plus).
• Inside sales or building supply experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for General Contractors, Home Builders, Drywallers, Roofers, Insulation Contractors, and the general public.
• Greet customers and answer calls with professionalism and energy.
• Write and process orders, prepare quotes with accuracy.
• Handle payments, packing slips, and product pickup or delivery.
• Keep the showroom organized, up-to-date, and client-friendly.
• Execute CRM processes and maintain customer files.
• Contribute to sales meetings and branch updates.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and productive showroom environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Sales or Branch Manager.
