Amico Lights Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Richmond Hill, ON to manage and grow US distribution channels and promote our products to hospital systems. Travel is required and compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

The role involves recruiting and managing sales channels, presenting to Nursing Directors, Doctors and Purchasing agents, and collaborating with Amico reps in the US to drive regional growth.

Competenze

• University or College Education preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow a regional territory within the US.
• Live product presentation to key decision makers in hospital.
• Grow and foster new relationships with key Architects, Engineers and Equipment Planners.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers on larger construction projects.
• Work directly with local Amico reps in the US.
• Training, Recruiting and Managing of sales/distribution channels in your region.
