In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, guide customers through the sales process, and deliver a one-call solution whenever possible.

Qualifications

Inside sales experience or related sales background.
Ability to cold call and generate opportunities.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Comfort using CRM and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads from CX, website, and social channels.
Manage leads in the CRM and track progress.
Convert residential customers and opportunities to sales.
Provide one-call solutions by assessing customer needs.
Conduct outbound calls to create new business.
Follow up on proposals to close sales.
Support retention with complex customer conversations.
