Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business and 1+ years of sales experience.
• Strong problem solving and consultative selling skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com.
• Able to manage time and resources to achieve goals.
• Detail oriented, adaptable and independent worker.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturers, distributors and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls via telephone, Teams, or Video Chat to increase profitable sales growth and territory penetration.
• Establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities within customer accounts and negotiate to gain commitment.
• Develop a business plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and competitive activity.
• Document all account activity in the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
