Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies in Yarmouth, NS is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join Spartan Industrial Marine. You will deliver excellent customer service, process orders, and assist with quotations and product information.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a drive to meet sales goals in a dynamic team environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation abilities.
• Must be organized, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service on-site and promote Spartan's products.
• Enter orders promptly and relay details to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and update as required.
• Support quotations and follow-up activities for sales.
• Assist customers with product information and inquiries.
• Proactively contact customers to promote products and meet daily targets.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and product supply functions.
• Handle customer interactions via phone, in person, and email.
• Support sales functions focusing on quotations, orders and correspondence.
• Make hoses, including hydraulic hoses, as needed.
