Hercules – Fundy MMS in Truro, Nova Scotia is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager with a mechanical or trades background to transition into technical sales while staying close to the engineering side.

You will develop territory plans, build relationships through face-to-face visits, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver cost-effective machining solutions, while traveling within the territory and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, industrial, or technical trade or related post-secondary education.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to discuss technical equipment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, relationship‑driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Hercules – Fundy MMS in Truro, Nova Scotia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical or trades background (such as a millwright or machinist) who is ready to transition into a sales and customer service role while staying close to the technical side of the industry.

You will represent Hercules with professionalism and pride, helping clients find practical, cost‑effective solutions for their machining and millwrighting needs while driving growth within your territory.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes:

• Competitive salary $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
• Quarterly commission through our Territory Sales Commission Plan based on individual and territory performance
• RRSP matching (5%) after one year.

Key Accountabilities

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Motivation to learn sales strategies, build customer relationships, and drive results.
• Previous sales or account management experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate with the right attitude and transferable skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to pass background, reference, and driver’s abstract checks.
