Job summary

Wolseley Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at the Edmonton location to support customers and drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

You will prepare quotations, process orders, provide accurate pricing and delivery details, and collaborate with the sales team to reach branch sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role emphasizes organization, initiative, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or Civil Engineering Technology considered an asset.
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Complete the order process including pricing terms and sourcing.
• Enter quotations and orders accurately in the system.
• Provide customers with pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by phone or email to grow business.
• Assist outside sales by preparing quotations and processing orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Help achieve sales targets while upholding safety policies.
