Wolseley Canada is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Lloydminster, AB. You will provide exceptional customer service, prepare quotations, process orders, and support branch operations.

You will build relationships with customers by phone and email, offer pricing, and help drive sales while maintaining accurate information and timely orders. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
• Experience in inside sales in construction, HVAC, plumbing, waterworks or related industry is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle when required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the order process with pricing terms based on margins and source additional products.
• Enter quotations and orders accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by phone and email.
• Prepare quotations and process orders for outside sales staff.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
• Support branch operations including warehouse, yard, and inventory tasks.
• Assist with local deliveries and customer pickups as needed.
• Participate in the branch on-call rotation once trained.
