Job summary

White Cap is seeking a customer service focused associate in Canada to provide exceptional service and generate new sales opportunities. You will respond to orders and quotations received via multiple channels and ensure accurate order entry and delivery of products.

You will greet customers, upsell related products, build relationships, and support showroom upkeep and stock management from the sales counter to delivery tasks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience in customer service and sales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Upsell by identifying related products and promotions.
• Develop relationships to establish White Cap as a preferred supplier.
• Answer questions about accounts, products, rates and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions.
• Process orders, quote prices, and manage orders in the system.
• Restock merchandise and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Drive delivery van to pick up stock or deliver materials.
