Job summary

White Cap in Canada is seeking a sales-oriented professional to facilitate the sales process, generate new opportunities, and upsell via phone, email, and other channels. You will support customer order and quotation requests across all accounts, ensuring accurate entry and timely follow-up to support gross margin goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in sales.
• Bachelor or Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior day-to-day customer service by assisting customers in determining product needs and providing logistics support.
• Inputs sales orders into the computer system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide customer requested information in a timely manner.
• Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
• Performs estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary.
