Job summary

White Cap seeks a customer-focused associate at our Barrie location to provide exceptional service, respond to orders and quotations, and drive sales over the counter and via outside channels. You will greet customers, upsell related products, and coordinate order processing by phone, email, or fax.

Responsibilities include entering orders, quoting prices, restocking, and delivering materials with the delivery van.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to stand and lift 8-40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Respond to customer orders and quotations over the counter, by phone, email, or fax.
• Enter, process, and quote orders; deliver products as needed.
• Upsell related products and communicate promotions.
• Restock shelves and maintain showroom cleanliness.
