Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Associate based in Ottawa. You will build relationships with customers by handling product inquiries, maintaining the customer database and processing orders.

You will report to the Branch Manager and support the field sales and project management teams. The role requires 1–2 years of inside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer

What You Will Do With Us

As the Inside Sales Associate based in Ottawa, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintaining the customer database and receiving & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.
