Job summary

Westburne in Burnaby, BC, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to build relationships with customers by handling product inquiries, orders and quotes, reporting to the Branch Manager.

You will support field sales and project teams, service customers by phone and email daily, and strive for high-quality service while balancing multiple tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years inside/counter sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.

What You Will Do With Us

As the Inside Sales Associate based in Burnaby, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 64000 – 70000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
