Job summary

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to support the Kelowna sales workload and administration from our office in Kelowna, BC. The role emphasizes clear communication, task prioritization, and strong support for ongoing company objectives.

Key duties include data management in the ERP system, invoicing, reporting, quotes, customer service, and material purchasing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to project coordination

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field; or 2 years' working experience.
• Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
• ERP systems experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection industry or NFPA codes is an asset.
• Inventory handling and purchasing experience would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Complete data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP system.
• Assisting with invoicing and billing.
• Assisting with reports and quotes including distribution and uploading.
• Customer service duties.
• Material ordering and receiving.
• Issue Purchase Orders.
• Schedule project construction workers, equipment and material.
• Project and Service Coordination in a mechanical environment.
• Other administrative tasks as required.
