Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for their Kelowna team. This full-time role offers a strong compensation package and growth opportunities in a leading HVAC organization.

You will leverage your HVAC knowledge to provide technical support, prepare estimates, and manage orders from quotation to delivery while building lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and commercial customers in the Okanagan region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional support by phone and email.
• Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and technical submittals for commercial HVAC projects.
• Managing customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring accuracy and meeting project timelines.
• Coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and key accounts.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by identifying solutions and responding proactively to customer needs.
• Supporting branch initiatives, customer events, and team projects as required.
• Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying current with HVAC technologies and industry trends.
