Job summary

Equation Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for a regional metals distribution and processing company across Canada. You will handle inbound sales inquiries, process orders, and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include providing product information, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

2–3 years of inside sales, customer service or account management in a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of metals distribution/production is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Assist with development and implementation of sales strategies.
