Your responsibilities

• Manage an existing protected territory of approximately 500 customers
• Conduct account reviews with top customers to uncover cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
• Daily proactive sales calls to existing and potential new customers
• Actively investigate market trends in your territory and ensure that all market areas are being explored
• Develop marketing/sales plans within your territory to maximize sales opportunities
• Follow up on quotes, send out product catalogues and samples to customers
• Respond to customers' needs and provide excellent customer service
• Keep all customer information current in our database
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on new products and industry trends
