Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in inside sales or related roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales, customer service, or account management role in a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Knowledge of the metals distribution/production industry or related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
